Transition to Chaucer
Moving from primary school to Chaucer is an exciting time and supporting transition is our key priority.
Key Dates and Information
Year 6 Parents Evening
Wednesday 17th April 2024 4.30pm - 5pm and 5.30pm - 6.00pm
Student transition days
Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th and Friday 5th July 2024 - 8.45am - 2.30pm
SEN Transition dates
Friday 10th May, Friday 24th May, Friday 21st June, Friday 28th June. (All sessions run from 1.00pm - 2.45pm)
Summer School
Tuesday 23rd, Wednesday 24th and Thursday 25th July 2024 from 9.00am to 2.00pm
Uniform Event
Tuesday 2nd July 2024 3.00pm- 6.00pm
You can also book to try on uniform after 3.00pm Monday to Friday in term time. Please contact the main office on 0114 2322338 to arrange a date and time.
