Behaviour for Success

Thank you for the continued support and commitment that we have received from you as we continue our journey to ‘Good’ at Chaucer School

Our ‘Positive discipline’ strategy has been refined and developed over the past academic year culminating in the introduction and implementation of our ‘Behaviour for Success’ systems. Behaviour for success places a significant emphasis on praise, recognition and rewards for all students through the use of stamps and positive planner comments. The student planner continues to be an essential communication tool between school and home further strengthening our desire to best support our learners in school.

The policies around behaviour and rewards are available on this web page and hard copies will be available from reception on request. We would welcome constructive feedback as we continue to move this vital element forward together.
